“Almost Masters” Swim Program

Almost Masters Swimming

Have you always  wanted to do a Masters Swim workout but not quite at that level of intensity? If you are interested in a solid, focused swim work out, including dry land training, our “Almost Masters Swimming” is probably exactly what you are looking for. Each session will start with dry land training before the start of the swim session. Lanes are assigned based on the level of intensity each swimmer is interested in. Swim sessions will conclude with  cool down laps. Session is 8 weeks long, cost is $160  per swimmer.

Session starts Wednesday  8/23/17 from 7pm to 8pm.  Steve Marra will be leading the class. To sign up (or if you have questions) please confirm your attendance by emailing: manager@laderarec.org

Water Aerobics Mon, Wed and Fri mornings

The ever popular water aerobics class, led by Elaine Borland, continues every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 10am.  $85 for a full month, $50 for half the month, and $10 drop in fee.  Water noodles and buoys provided.

 

Aqua Fit-every Saturday and Sunday morning at 10am

Carole Chetrit, who currently teaches at Stanford and CSM, will lead 60 minutes of non-stop aqua fun and fitness, every Saturday and Sunday morning from 10-11am.  This class will tone your body and increase your aerobic stamina, all while having lots of fun.     Classes are $15 each drop-in or you can buy a pack of classes, 8 for $100.

Yoga, Thursday nights and Sunday mornings!

Laderan Nathalie Bakker of Stunning Poses Yoga  offers yin yoga classes on Thursday evenings at 7pm and vinyassa flow on Sunday mornings at 9:30am.  Classes are $20 per class or 10 classes for $150.  Please pay directly to Nathalie.  for more info or to pay by credit card, please visit www.stunningposesyoga.com

• In the event of a pool rental, Kids Night Out, or swim team event, the pool will close earlier than the posted times. Notice will be given regarding any early closures.

• At the managers’ discretion and for the safety of general swimmers, the number of lap lanes may be adjusted to accommodate the needs of all swimmers.
